During the roll out of online ordering, we worked closely with Wild Wing’s third-party provider, Zuppler, to integrate the software with location pages as new stores came on board. Changes also included upgrades to the CMS, integration with third-party delivery partners and a dedicated page for all stores participating in online ordering.



We gathered and standardized data for 80+ locations, then integrated that data with Google Maps for an easy way to find the nearest Wild Wing. Each restaurant has a dedicated page that displays specials for that day, along with its address, contact info, hours of operation, photos, social media channels and amenities.


As with the previous website, Wild Wing franchisees get access to a password-protected library of resources including training manuals, employee handbooks and food prep videos. But this version of the resource section is more organized and easier to navigate for franchisees, while head office gets a simplified content management experience.



To show off Wild Wing’s new and improved menu, it took a painstaking process of planning, food prep and organizing to pull off a multi-day shoot during which we photographed every item on the menu. We also produced videos for each menu category.



The new site kicks off the next phase of the Wild Wing journey in style after a change of ownership. Its creative approach honours the character of the brand, while incorporating the tools and features management needs to grow the Wild Wing network.
