
IFG, a recruiter specializing in accounting and finance roles, was looking for a new brand identity and website. Improving the integration of its CRM with the website was a top priority. After successfully launching the project, we were also engaged to do the same for IFG's subsidiaries, ROI-Staffing and Outsource365.

Job Postings
To achieve the right approach with the job board, we first had to understand how candidates look for jobs. The result is a clean, user-friendly interface with intuitive controls such as dynamic filtration, sorting and keyword search. We designed the application process to be just as easy.
BULLHORN CRM INTEGRATION
IFG’s original Bullhorn setup suffered from a lack of consistency, which led to a lot of extra manual work sorting data. We not only helped IFG optimize its Bullhorn configuration, we integrated the software with the new website for a seamless experience on the admin and applicant side.

ROI-Staffing and Outsource365 specialize in certain recruiting services beyond IFG's core focus. For each company, we developed a unique brand identity and website featuring Bullhorn CRM integration, a CMS and custom front-end.
