With so much riding on fit, we couldn’t remove any steps from the measurement process while adapting it to mobile. Instead we redesigned the UI and UX to help Clive Richard’s salespeople move effortlessly through each step. Whether adding a new customer to the system or editing an existing customer’s measurement profile, the process is quick and easy.
As with the measurement profile, the app’s order interface is simplified for a faster, more efficient process. The collapsible menu removes distractions by keeping only the most relevant details on the screen at one time. But all the workflows are still there. Completed orders generate a clean, uncluttered summary for review before checkout. The sales rep can then log in to enter a custom cost and complete checkout through a secure ecommerce transaction.
The custom back-end features a number of critical business tools to help Clive Richard manage orders, schedule appointments, generate promo codes and add new products. Customer data entered into the app is encrypted and transferred to the CMS, simultaneously generating a special PDF form to accompany each order.
Orders completed through the app generate a special form with all the details, including customer measurements, fabric code, monogram, style choices, upgrades, shipping method and order date and number. Order forms also include photo references of the client, which can help during manufacturing.
The site looks amazing and the team did an amazing job in pulling it all together, and I am sure the January launch will go smoothly as well.
