Everything from copying, scanning and troubleshooting to customizing the interface is covered in a step-by-step walkthrough, complete with flashing hotspots and a progress bar for added convenience.
We made usability a high priority, so the user interface is clean and intuitive. A restructured information architecture cross-links related content and eliminates unnecessary clicks, streamlining the entire experience. The old portal also had a model-centric content structure, so we devised a new approach with distinct, easy-to-navigate flows based on product lines.
The redesigned and re-architected portal empowers the sales team with a wealth of supporting materials including videos, image galleries, awards, brochures and third-party studies to show how the company's products stack up against the competition. The entire portal is accessible in English and French for localized experiences, and performs smoothly on desktop, mobile and tablet—a major bonus for sales reps on the go.
Behind the scenes, admin can easily on-board new users—a process that used to be inefficient and time-consuming. Internal reporting helps the company track KPIs such as application usage, product popularity, average session duration and exit points.
