The old IQ PARTNERS website awkwardly integrated a jobs section, confusing and underwhelming jobseekers. Leveraging our experience with Bullhorn Staffing CRM, we delivered a seamless integration that also features major improvements to the design and user experience.

LEAD CAPTURING

IQ PARTNERS gave us a clear mandate to help increase client leads. As part of that mandate we designed and implemented several lead-capture points including web forms for segment-specific inquiries, talent requests, whitepaper downloads and newsletter subscriptions. We also integrated the forms with Bullhorn staffing CRM.

BULLHORN CRM INTEGRATION

The lack of communication between Bullhorn and the old IQ PARTNERS website was a key factor in the decision to redesign. With requirements in hand, we outlined several integration points including the jobs database, application forms, candidate registration forms and whitepaper download forms. The bi-directional flow of data ensures that Bullhorn and the website are always in sync, while removing a big administrative burden.

SEGMENTED UX

IQ PARTNERS serves clients in a broad range of markets, so it was important to address the unique challenges and provide the right solutions in each case. By tailoring content, whitepapers, testimonials and more to every segment, we could help IQ PARTNERS speak the language of the client and make a more human connection.

The site looks amazing and the team did an amazing job in pulling it all together, and I am sure the January launch will go smoothly as well.
