To achieve the right approach with the job board, we first had to understand how candidates look for jobs, including terminology and the most valued criteria. The result is a clean, user-friendly interface with intuitive controls such as dynamic filtration, sorting and keyword search. We designed the application process to be just as easy.
IFG’s original Bullhorn setup suffered from a lack of consistency, which led to a lot of extra manual work sorting data. We not only helped IFG optimize its Bullhorn configuration, we integrated the software with the new website for a seamless experience on the admin and applicant side.
IFG is trusted by Fortune 500 companies so it was important to get a professional video, despite a limited budget and short timeline. In response to the challenge, we devised a creative approach that artfully blends stock video, on-screen graphics, music and voiceover.
