Fairview's product catalogue contains more than 15,000 active line items, so we established a clear product tree and management process to keep things organized. On the product pages, customers can find part numbers, descriptions, technical specs, installation instructions and more. They can also add a product to their quote request.
Only registered customers can purchase products from Fairview. We developed a simple process to streamline the registration experience from both sides. The site is also integrated with Fairview’s customer portal and includes a separate application process for suppliers.
Filmed on site and mixed with stock footage, music and on-screen graphics, this video introduces some of the people and product lines that have made Fairview a success.
Fairview has an order system for registered customers, but it also wanted a way for anyone to be able to request pricing. From a product page, users can add the item to their quote request basket and “check out” by submitting the request, or continue adding more items.
The site looks amazing and the team did an amazing job in pulling it all together, and I am sure the January launch will go smoothly as well.
