Collar, cuffs, placket, pockets and buttons are just a few of the customizable features. Users can even add a monogram in the font and colour of their choosing.
Fit can make or break a shirt, so the measurement process had to be seamless and accurate. To start, users are prompted to input a few basic details such as body type, height and fit preference. This generates a series of default measurements. Users can customize these measurements—guided by accompanying videos—and save their measurement profile, which can be edited later.
To make this web application a viable business tool, we developed an intelligent and user-friendly ecommerce process. This includes payment gateway integration, multiple shipping options, promo codes and SSL encryption—the hallmarks of any professional online store. For existing customers, the checkout process is even easier thanks to quick re-ordering and the ability to use saved measurements.
Behind the scenes, a custom CMS built to Clive Richard’s specifications makes it easy for admin to add or edit products, generate promo codes, track orders, add fabrics and more. The project also includes an appointment booking system so clients can schedule an in-person fitting, a companion mobile app to help salespeople on the go and analytics integration for data-based decisions.
