We strove to design a website that’s easy on the eyes, but also easy to navigate and equipped with the features Pinnacle needs to grow its international clientele. Within their private account, customers can easily order and re-order from a large inventory of products. For added convenience, visitors can choose from three languages, each manageable in a custom CMS.
As a private label company, Pinnacle makes it easy for customers to start their own branded cosmetic line, using the products that make sense for their market. That idea of simplicity is on display in the ecommerce section of the website, where registered customers can manage their account, place product orders and more within a user-friendly interface. Orders placed in the secure login area are delivered straight to Pinnacle admin for painless processing
Far more than a digital product catalogue, Pinnacle’s website performs a number of critical business functions including generating leads, streamlining customer signups and facilitating product orders. We took that a step further by integrating Salesforce Web-to-Lead at each inquiry form to funnel all website leads directly into Pinnacle’s CRM.
