The job management system includes single sign-on (SSO) to streamline the process of posting and filling jobs at more than 380 stores nationwide. Store owners can select templates by position, screen and qualify candidates, download resumes, set timelines for postings and more, all in a user-friendly and bilingual interface.

Integration with an external Microsoft SharePoint portal simplifies access to the job management interface, which funnels data from more than 380 stores across Canada and displays it in both official languages. Connecting SharePoint enables single sign-on (SSO) access for BP admin, so they don't have to create and manage additional login credentials for the new system.
